MEMBERSHIP FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long am i committed?
This depends on which Membership plan you select!
Our Unlimited Mover Membership requires a 6 month commitment.
The Unlimited Month-to-Month and Unlimited Group Fitness Memberships automatically renew each month.
How often will I be charged?
You will be charged monthly for all 3 of our plans.
What if my credit or debit card is declined?
You will be charged an insufficient funds fee of $25 in addition to your Monthly dues.
What if I need to cancel a class reservation?
You may cancel your class reservation 12 hours or prior to the date and time of the class with no penalty. Cancelling a class reservation between 12-6 hours prior to the start of class will result in a late cancel fee of $10. Cancellations made within 6 hours or less of the start of the class will result in a late cancel fee of $15.
Can I pause my membership?
The Unlimited Mover Membership can be frozen for a period of 1 month at no charge to allow for work/vacations/travel. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org at least 30 days in advance to freeze your account. Additional emergency holds are subject to a $30 admin fee.
What if I need to cancel/terminate my membership?
You have the option to cancel anytime by emailing email@example.com. You must send a written cancellation notice to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 15 days prior to your membership renewal date to avoid being charged for an additional renewal term. There are no refunds on memberships.
