This mediation promotes clarity in your being and life, allowing yourself to express openly, diminishing limitations to live your best life!

Explore, Evoke, and Express - Move off your mat
1:15- 2:00 PM {45 minutes}
This unique flow empowers one to explore the connection of body and breath by inviting in freeform movement. While listening to upbeat music, we learn to let go without specific steps and postures to follow; one can loose themselves to the rhythm, and move freely, as the music takes them into a form of mediation in motion. Evoke a trance like state and a feeling of complete ecstasy. End this class feeling uplifted, transformed, lighter, and clearer as you find a new way to express yourself without speech.

2 PM RAFFLE PULL and THANK YOUS!
